According to the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), a professional organizer is one that "enhances the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and through transferring organizing skills."

This definition can include many different services. At Centsibly Organized, our expertise is on decluttering areas in your home or office, maximizing the use of your existing space, and setting up systems to make sure the clutter and chaos never return.

Organization is hard work. While it may be difficult to part with some of your "stuff" or to understand the vision that the organizer has for you space, it will be worth the effort!

The Process


Whenever you hire Centsibly Organized, here is what you can expect:

- Complementary assessment
This is a chance for you to meet with the organizational specialist at your home or office to discuss your organizational needs.

- Project estimate
Based on your needs, our organizational specialist will estimate the number of hours to complete the project and the total cost of the organizational service.

- Materials budget
You will then determine your budget for any necessary materials. This will include items, such as containers, shelving systems, hooks, etc. You may want to get by with the bare essentials or perhaps you desire elaborate organizational systems to complete the space. Whatever your budget, Centsibly Organized will find a solution for you!

- Organization
Together with an organizational specialist, you will begin to sort through the clutter and disorder in your home or office. The specialist will be with you every step of the way to provide support and expertise on what to keep and how to make the most of the space in your room.

- Maintenance
Your newly organized space will need ongoing support from you in order to be maintained. You should devote an average of 10 or 15 minutes a day to your more challenging areas. Centsibly Organized is able to help with this maintenance as your needs change or you begin to acquire more in the future.
